Body Well
Body Well is about the journey, meeting you where you are & challenging you to grow. This 8-week program includes small group fitness coaching, nutritional guidance, recipes + meal planners, community-based workouts, and weekly challenges to help you manage stress and sleep better. Body Well™ will focus on improving your physical and mental well-being with a community of mamas to support you every step of the way. The program includes:
Small group fitness coaching including 2 High-Intensity Interval Training workouts per week
Seasonal recipes and Nutrition Guide
Meal planning + coaching
Private group for accountability & support
Weekly Challenges
Support from instructor & other moms in class
We love your kiddos, but our in-person Body Well program classes are for moms only. It is recommended that you be at least 3-6 months postpartum before beginning this program and must be cleared by a doctor for exercise.
WINTER SESSION
JANUARY 20 - MARCH 12
Mondays and Wednesdays @ 8pm

Space is limited. Payment is due in full to reserve your spot. If you cannot pay in full, a $50 deposit is required. The remainder of your payment will be due the Sunday before classes begin. To pay a deposit please email kelliefell@fit4mom.com.
Cancellation Policy: Purchase of a Body Well session is non-refundable.
