Donation Pass

Pass valid Oct. 1 - Oct. 31, 2024 for one class with FIT4MOM Westside. No transfers or refunds. This pass does not require or include a membership with FIT4MOM Westside. Pass must be used on or before Oct. 31, 2024.

All proceeds from the purchase of this pass will go to the Keep a Breast Foundation through FIT4MOM's national fundraising efforts, raising awareness about the importance of prevention and early detection.
